Charities We Support
We have completed reasonable due diligence about the organizations listed below. The charities we have chosen to support have responsible administrative costs and transparency. This offers reasonable assurance that donations are used to provide program services and are not used excessively for "other" expenses. To learn more, visit www.charitynavigator.org, a great resource to learn about and evaluate a charity before donating.
We strongly believe in basic human rights for all.

Founded in 1971, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, natural disasters, and exclusion from health care, without regard to race, religion, or political affiliation. On any given day, in over 71 countries, more than 45,000 individuals representing dozens of nationalities assist people caught in crises around the world. They are doctors, nurses, logistics experts, administrators, epidemiologists, laboratory technicians, mental health professionals, and others whose work is guided by humanitarian principles and medical ethics. MSF medical teams conduct evaluations on the ground to determine a population's medical needs before opening programs, aiming to fill existing gaps (rather than replicating services that are already offered) or reach neglected communities. Over the years, the organization has been the recipient of several awards that recognize its work, including the 1998 Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize, the 1999 Nobel Peace Prize, the 2012 J. William Fulbright Prize for International Understanding, the 2015 Lasker-Bloomberg Public Service Award, and the 2017 Pardes Humanitarian Prize for Mental Health..

The Best of Humanity Show Up in the Worst of Times.
WCK’s work is guided by our belief that food is a universal human right. Both in the communities we serve and in our daily workspace, we uphold and rely on our values to direct us toward fulfilling our shared purpose.
World Central Kitchen teams across the world remain deeply committed to serving delicious, chef-prepared meals to people with the dignity they deserve. As the climate-crisis worsens and disasters become not only larger, but more frequent, we’ll continue to be there—and we hope you’ll join us. As José likes to say, “everyone is a part of World Central Kitchen, they may just not know it yet!”.
Food is essential to life every single day, all over the world—and it is more important than ever in a crisis. Not only is a thoughtful, freshly prepared meal one less thing someone has to worry about in the wake of a disaster, it is a reminder that you are not alone, someone is thinking about you, and someone cares. Food has the power to be the nourishment and hope we need to pick ourselves back up in the darkest times.

We were proud to sponsor Lab Tests Online for 13 years. It was a non-profit, peer reviewed website for laboratory test information that was maintained through an international effort headed by the American Association for Clinical Chemistry. There were a number of corporate sponsors, including major corporations like Roche and Abbott, so we were stunned when the Clinical Chemistry association sold the site to a company selling tests to the public. An interview with George Linzer, the original Executive Producer, is located in our Video Library.
We periodically add educational information and videos to our website and we present live webinars to increase your knowledge and understanding of laboratory testing. We supply convenient links for test information to your fingertips.
